Looking up your address
As you type your address, it is sent to the City of Edmonton's open data service to find your property and its public assessment record. Those records are public. Nothing about your lookup is saved by this site.
What is collected
Only what you choose to send Kim: your name, email and phone number, the address you looked up, the range shown on screen, and your answers about the home, such as its condition, renovations, features and your timing.
Why
To prepare your home evaluation and contact you about it. Nothing is sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
When you send your details, they are delivered by email through Web3Forms to Kim's inbox, and are used only for her real estate business. If you choose to text your details instead, they go from your phone to Kim's.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information held about you, or ask Kim to stop contacting you, at any time: email kim.murrell@century21.ca or call 780-914-0407. Handling of personal information follows Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.
